Another Wall of Sticky Notes

Yesterday the team ran a customer journey workshop. We went from not much, to a mess of much more in 3 hours.

The columns on the board represent phases of a marketing funnel. The rows represent customer actions, questions, emotions, pain points and opportunities.  Of course, much of the information has been redacted to maintain my position at the company!
